Shipping policy

Once your payment is received via EFT, your garments will take between 3-7 working days to be made and posted to you, however, time frames will be affected by our production volumes at the time of ordering.

N.B. A working day is Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays.

Orders will be posted via PostNet to your nearest PostNet or Post Office, or collections at The Ellenbird.
